Trai — Reliance data card 4g wi-pod lte vas charges debited without customer consent and waiver request

I have reliance data card 4g wi-pod lte post paid no [protected]. Reliance operator used to activate value added service frequently without the consent of subscriber. Several times i have made a request to customer service but they did not consider my request.in bill of oct 2016, vas has been added rs 960.21+144.03 sc tax. Further on contact from reliance customer care they have informed that vas for rs 725.02 to be waived in nov.16 bill and balance rs.379+100 delay charge to be paid by me. I had contact the customer care and request to waive entire amount because i don't give any request for vas and mistake is their side forgetting to lock the vas service. But today i got a message from reliance they are barred my data card outgoing. You are requested to get reversed the vas charges levied on my bill for oct. 2016 and this will appear in jan.17 bill. As well as i request to active my data card immediately.

As per your telephonic conversation with our customer service associate, we wish to affirm that there are no Value Added Services (VAS) active on your account, you are being charged beyond the free data benefits. We would suggest you to upgrade your data plan as your current data usage is high as compared with the current active plan. Thank you!

I don't need to change from current plan 3GB_700. I request to block the usage if I cross my plan data.

I am your privilege customer past 7 years based on that I had raised the request through customer care but they are not give proper response then only I forced to move complaint in Trai.

Anyway My complaint was properly responded by your team and resolve it.

Moreover I request to reduce my credit limit from Rs.2000/- to 700/- (Scheme Rent)which is the main problem you had allow to use the data up to limit and raise the bill.
