Trai — reliance postpaid payment

I contacted nodal as well as appellate but no solution. I made payment through credit card on march 8th, 475 rs for the mobile number. It's not updated and reversed too. I checked with bank they said reliance only have to give. Even whenever i contacted reliance they r telling complaint is closed but no solution s there again they r asking 2 days. Then ill call but am getting same answer. Kindly solve it. My number is [protected].
