Trai — selected channel not provided by airtel

I am not getting the a la carte channel which i was selected on 28.01.19. Many times i called to the airtel customer care regarding this matter they did not take any action and now they charged huge amount according to airtel package rate. Airtel company is not follow the trai rules properly. My airtel customer id is [protected]

So i kindly request you please take necessary action
