I have taken new connection on 27/06/2018 with annual package which cost rs 5999/-. Still i have three months validity but they have disconnected and asking to recharge again. When i call customer care they are just disconnecting my call after hearing problem. One of the worst customer care.

They told my package has expired. How it can expire, still i have three months validity? They need to provide equal package for long duration packs.
I didn't receive any call / message to change the package. When i asked customer care, they are saying we have sent messages and disconnecting calls.
