Trai — tata sky showcase order | |
My tata sky id is [protected] and on 08/11/2019 accidentally clicked on showcase order. As i receive message from tata sky. I raised a complaint for this unwanted activity done by mistake. Request created to refund amount ₹150 after cancel this showcase order. My request number 1q861v2i is refused by tata sky as it can not be cancelled. Please help me to receive this refund. I have been using Videocon D2H since 2009 and Im facing an issue in it now. The issue is that Channel Name - "Jinvani" is not being streamed. We urge you to please update your channel list with this Channel and provide us with Jinvani channel.
After latest revision of channel price, my d2h provider is not providing 24 news channel of flowers tv . I complained about this a lot of times but they are saying that it will soon come to channel list. It's been more than 6 months they are not providing 24 malayalam news channel which is a free channel ..

Idea have a poor Network connection
..and Ihave contacted idea customer care severy times.but there was not proper response from their side.
Even though we will pay the amount monthly basis .but every time call will be discounnectef due to network problems.we need a compensation and clear network
