I have connecction of dth the provider is d2h (Earlier videocond2h) they didn't allowed to choose channel list what we want for fta as per trai freedom of choose should be given except dd channels we have to choose (Dd channels 25. Other than the dd channels) for the fta channels of 100...75 channels should be given as per our choise but they said it can't. From february 1 onwards i cant contact the customer service of my service provider (D2h) they didn't give correct package channels (Broadcoster bouqets) some channels are not given... But they deduct amount including that channnels and instead of rectifying my complaints they said "if you dont want our service you may go to others" and i asked them complaint to consumer court they said "you can" but before that i want make sure with trai pls rectify this problem and clarify the freedom of choose... Before this regulation my dth amount was low but now amount gone high and my blood pressure also... And also i cnnot contact your's contact nos also mentioned in trai website the calls says check the no you have dialled... So pls resolve my problems

iam from chennai so i need only tamil channels more. but in fta 100 channels they(D2H) give other languges are more .. and shopping channels more than 15(like naaptol and home shop 18) ... why i need shopping channels.. i need my language channels only not shopping channels

Since last 1.5 weeks I have opted for my package for tata sky dth and I got message also but till date the plans have not changed and is costlier than what I opted for. Also multi TV charges have been raised to 400 per month which is higher than a simple package which I can opt for. Mi id for tata sky is [protected]

As per agreement of my pkg all paid chanel are free till one year including HD chanel but company sudenly remove all HD chanel from last 3 4 days

When i aak cc he said that the trai had said to close the HD chanel
I am videocon d2h customer having customer id[protected].During creation of own pack basic service tier having 100 channel with DD channel, 75 channel can not remove except DD channel which is mismatched with your new rules. So please clarify and take appropriate action for resolved this type of problems.
I am deprived of getting proper service from Videocon d2h and my customer I'd no is 71720290 and my address is Kosala, angular dist and state odisja.
I try to calling at Videocon D2h Customer Care No. But The Reply Is "Our Helpline Service Is Busy Try Again Later. But When I Dailed This Number They Told Again And Again.Sometimes Call Cut Automatically.And My Set Top Box Cannot Displayed Only Messgae Is There Your Account Balance Is Low.
