Trai — tv channel/ d2h / non availability of channels

Greetings of the day!!

This is to inform you that i’m a customer of videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] from last 05 years. On 08.02.2019 videocon d2h has stopped my services. My current available balance is around rs. 450.00. On 09.02.2019 i have selected some channel from WWW.d2h.com & communicated several times to d2h customer care but till date not a single channel is appearing in my tv set.
It would be very kind of you if you please look into the matter & oblige.
