Trai — unable to view my airtel digital tv channels

Sir,
I recharged my Airtel digital TV with ₹388/- after Airtel customer care executive called me and advised me for 3 months pack.
When I asked if in future if any problem comes(means if I can’t view or something) then he gave his personal mobile no..
After recharging upto 10 days was able to view channels, but after 10 days they stopped the service..
I called 2 or 3 times but always customer care personnel telling technical issue call after 2 hours..
In this case where to go except you..
Kindly look into the matter..
