Trai — unethical coercive behaviour of vodafone idea ltd.

I, harkesh singh dagar, am a prepaid subscriber of idea cellular ltd (Now vodafone idea ltd) with cellphone number [protected]. Even though there is sufficient unlimited full talktime balance (Over rs. 213/-, photo attached), call outgoing has been disabled, and i am being coerced to recharge. Further, i got a sms which states "hi, you are on new plan wef 23oct18. For best offers dial *121#. To extend service validity by 28 days recharge with rc24 or above (Dial *150*24# to use tt bal). How can a service provider retrospectively change plan and force a customer to recharge for a monthly plan? Further, i have no clue to which plan i have been shifted to without my consent. As per trai recent directive, the company is not supposed to disable services if sufficient balance is available.
Kindly ensure that outgoing service is restored, and i, and countless subscribers like me, are not needlessly harassed.

Mujhe sels se fone aaya tha apko prepaid sim diya tha jiska number[protected] hai jab would active hua to mujhe mallom pada ki postpaid number diya Gaya hai maine ideavcomplain kiya to mujhe bola gaya ki apko 250 waevar de diya jayega ab mera bil 313 rs aaya hai ab mai call karta hu to company bolti hai apko waevar nahi milega please help me
Sir, recently vidafone stop my outgoing call and sms service(2nd December, 2018), whereas l've enough balance(37rs).They are forcing to do recharge unnecessarily.

When I purchased my idea sim, it is given with lifetime validity. Now they are saying my outgoing validity expired but I have sufficient balance in my account. They are doing so that so a customer recharge whether he needs it or not to increase their profits. This is wrong. Please take action immediately.
