Trai — unwanted channels added to the account without permission

Hi my registered mobile phone is [protected] customer id is 6998635 my name is shorab sharma. Videocon has addedd a rang manch channel to my account without my permission and when is asked them to remove it they said they have a lock in period so they cannot remove it. They can check my viewing history i have never even watched that channel i want this channel removed and even the money to be credited back to me. I had made a complaint earlier as well but no one contacted me and they sent a sms stating complaint resolved the channel is still there in my account i have never viewed it.
