Trai — very poor network

I using vodafone card but i faceing area very poor network, i already complaint in vodafone local service center and customer care on 28 jul 2018 and they provide me complaint regestration no. [protected], but still not resolve my query complaint. Area vodafone users also facing same network problem.

Already i complaint many times but not result found, if same type of problem appears then why i using this type of service when i paid lot of money for this vodafone service

Please do needful as early as possible
