[Resolved]  Trai — videocon d2h balance related

I am purchased a d2h connection on 13 june 2019.i am purchasing it annually plan introductory value combo pack worth is rs 2300. But received only 6 months balance when i am call customer care they dont solve my problem. When trying nodal officer they give me customer numbers. Please help my customer id is[protected]. Contact no is [protected]. They also change my pack without any call or any communication. Please help me out with this problem
