I am not able to select/deselect any channels through website, app or phone. All attempts to reach customer support are not working.
Because of service providers problems I am facing the following issues:
1. I can not see the channels I want to see (as i can not select it)
2. I am forced to pay for the channels I am not interested to see (as i can not de-select any)
This is day time looting of the customers. In case they have issues at their end, they have no right to charge more than the base pay charges of Rs 130.
