Worst experience from videocon d2h, my TV screen was showing only d2h symbol when I called customer support they send their engineer who came and told that my account has been locked, and then he pressed some tab from remote and it started working, and charged 200 rs, why should I pay 200 as they locked my account from their side and asking to pay .they are cheating by locking the I'd and to activate it they are bluffing the trai should take action or the consumer forum

I am videocon D2h consumer number[protected]. Videocon d2h intentionally added some cooking channel of Rs 48 and added Kannada addon without my knowledge and saying i did that i said. I dont know kannada why should i add this at all? they are deducting amount in unethical way. Please take strict action on Videocon D2h.
