Trai — videocon d2h is cheating and not providing packages as per new trai guidelines

I had recharged online on official website of videocon d2h and selected my pack and based on the invoice generated, I had made the payment on 02.02.19 (valid for 1 month). Now I had received a message that my package will expire on 19.02.19. I had called up customer care regarding the issue and they are saying that my old pack is active and thats why again I need to recharge the account.

Please take severe action against the service provider. My customer id for d2h is 45080880.
