Trai — videocon d2h not subscribed us to the channels which we selected | |||
Hi, i have opted for the new free/pay channels and broadcasters bouquets on 27th jan. Before that i had subscribed for videocon's platinum hd south plan with sports channels which is the top most pack. But from last 5 days we are not able to see the channels which we had earlier and also which i opted as per the new trai guidelines. Seems like videocon as downgraded our subscription to the base pack. From last 5 days i am trying to complaint regarding the same but there is no way to contact them. Their website is down, customer care number is not connecting it just simply disconnects after 15 mins. They are not responding to my email as well. So i would request you to take strict action against them. And also ask them to subscribe us for the channel which we opted asap. Also they should extend my next recharge due amount by 5 days as we were not able to see the channels. Here is my customer id:7801016 Was this information helpful? | |||
