Sir, My cell no is [protected]. The vodafone have block my incoming and outgoing calls. Since, they have blocked my services i want to change my service provider by way of mobile portal. But whenever i am trying to send the message of port [protected] repeatedly "not sent" & "failed" message was displayed. Hence, i request that my mobile number may be transferred to bsnl.
