Dear sir\madam,

I have contacted vodafone store and shared the details along with my id proof and written request letter to them. I request you to active my sim card mob no : ([protected]).

Deactivated my no saying using for commercial purpose have to register under trai and use it up.in what basis they are trying to do business and make money, my no has deactivated now its dead i am now living in other location my communication was completely dead with my parents and all my communication was dead. Request you to look into this and help me on the same.

I am not using for any other than promotional calls, it's only using
For my personal purpose.

Kindly request you to activate my sim card remove it from advertising
And other activity its completely my personal.
I have given the document with vodafone store and given they complaint registration id is : srno: [protected].

I Came to know that my mobile no is blocked and give intimation to
service provider (Vodafone).

My mobile no is blocked due to in the name of other document which i
have given as address proof or KYC which in that name its blocked all
the mobile number is what i came to know.

I request you this is my main communication mobile no to all my
personal and bank related and government related number, OTP related i
request you to release only my personal no which is there ([protected])

I have contacted the service provider Vodafone, Inform me to share the
details or help me to active the same number kindly revert on the
same.
