I Have Two external Hard Disk from Reseller and the same stopped working within one week duration. Upon contracting with reseller he said to arrange for warranty from company level itself as the company has stopped its service centre in india. Upon checking warranty at company site it is showing that still about 3 year warranty is left and upon contracting with company they communicated that they are aware of problem but as they have closed their service centre from india, I have to contract distributors and they have given list of six distributors. Upon telephonic call they talked very rudly and cutted the phone call. Was this information helpful? |
