I got a call claiming that they are calling from HDFC bank and they are offering Discount card based on my CC transactions. They said I will get 20% OFF on everything wherever they accept VISA Debit/Credit card. Their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name JUST HOLIDAYS, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until I made the payment of Rs 7890 via online. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until I made the payment. Only when I received the kit, I realized that this is not from HDFC bank and called them right away and asked for the refund. I told them I never used this card even once, even I didn’t register the card in your website and asked for the refund and to take back the kit which was sent. After two weeks of multiple calls, all my efforts ended in vain. I really don’t believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way. Please do something and take legal action against them as I don't want others to get cheated like me. Transdeals.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 25, 2016 ramesh dkr's response I got the call from on name of discover india, offer me to give discount card of Transdeals along with the UCB watch and wallet on payable of 7999. they explain me that this offer has given only for those who make the prompt transaction on creadit card. i received the watch and wallet but try to use this discount card this is not working any outlet centres as given booklet. i called regarding this issue, i came to know that this is fraud web site and i cheated buy them. pls file the complaint and avoid such things to be happen with others

I also had received call about same for discount of 25% on 26 feb 17 and they deducted 7863.00 rs. i visited police station but they also unable to do anything about same. they are convencing about same like we are speaking with you, we r not doing fraud. but they did it. I spoke with Delhi police station also about his LL nos like [protected], 139 which is New Delhi but they also i think will not be help...nothing will happen, they will do fraud like same...again and again...lost amount...!

they are directly asking about card, last 8 digit they will convince us, then ask expiry date, CVV not, they will tell out account details like last payment and will inform about scheme of discount card and deduct amount and ask for OTP if you will not give they will again convince you...you can't imagine but they did big fraud...

The website keeps failing, customer care number is busy or no one picks the calls. If the company is not ready to fix the problems, what's the next approach here? Should we go legal on them - if so, how do we?

I had been selected based on my Credit Card goodwill. (but they did not know which card – lol)
They told me I would get 20% discount on all my shopping and I could make huge savings.
I would get Lottos shoe a formal shirt worth 1, 850
I would get a holiday package for my family with 4 star or 5 star rating hotels.
I told the lady who called, I don’t like this offer and let me check online what is the public opinion about your product. She told me we have our website (is having a website proof of a legit business? well NO). I checked their website – http://www.transdeals.in/ even they are not themselves sure what is their company. They say “trans card”, “trans deals”, “trans deal”, “trans shopping card” etc. I checked their website and seems to have been made by one of those “4000 Rs mein website banwaye” companies. Terms and Conditions link is blank and so is privacy policy. They only have one page of senseless ranting on their “about us” section.

***FRAUD COMPANY **** Transdeal they guys called me from the behalf of HDFC bank and forced me to purachse 8250/- Rs purchase. Anybody can tell me how to file a complaint against this company which is not exist.

**Fraud company **transdeal they guys called me from the behalf of sbi credit card section and they were told we are calling sbi credit card section &we are providing one gift card at the side of sbi, by using of this purchase, shopping, electronics, airlines and online or offline they provide 20%for all those things and forced me to purchase 6999/-rs.this is total fraud, so please refund my money, so please avoid this kind of forced calls&fake cards

1. Flat 30 percent off on all merchandises(The card doesnt work anywhere and online offered coupons on www.transdeals.in are usual coupons offered directly by brands)
2.Three days 2 nights holiday voucher(They have to emailed a month before, which i have done but no response from them.
3.Rs.1000 each discount food and flights (Not valid as its only off if booked on their website from click and go which is already selling at higher prices)
4.Pair of lotto shoes ( Recieved)
6 Belt, wallet (recieved)
only thing i got in Rs.7005 are lotto shoes belt and wallet( Poor Quality)
Some one please advice how to make them put behind bars.
