Travel Khana — Food not delivered in train

I ishaan gupta is travelling to coimbatore from new delhi in kerala express on 15th aug 2016. My pnr is [protected]. I odered food from travel khana on phone. My order wad confirmed on the phone followed by two confirmation messages at 4.55 and 8:25pm. The order no. Was 548851. The last message again playing with my belief said that the food will be delivered at tirupati station and you keep the cash ready with you. The food was not delivered and the train left the station. I had to sleep empty stomach. I waited till midnight only to sleep empty stomach. This is an act of negligence has caused damage to me in person. I am lodging a complain in this regard and expect some strict action and compensation for me.
