I have already enquired 8 month ago about package you gave me the quotation but house boat finalization has still pending.
You give me assority to provide house boat image at the time of booking payment till date house boat finalization pending this is pathetic.
And you people talk about better service 8 monts had gone still my package is not complete what is the use of it, i have update so many times but no result find. so i cancelled by booking and instead of giving my money 5000 you are giving me 3000 which is unprofessional.

Travel Raga Holidays Customer Care's response The Issue has been resolved for the customer..as customer did book with us and the images of house boat was not available and we wished to that we will send him the image latter which we did. Please don't go with travel raga. There is an executive called Manisha. Her words are nothing but cheating. If you pay 10k on travel raga thru Manisha, she will make it worth or 2k. All false commitments she would give. I had great experience during my manali trip. Wasted my 40k by believing her words.
