[Resolved] Travel Triangle — Badly managed tour of Sikkim Gangtok
In addition to following concern, again today following up since morning & still no vechicle come and most importantly no positive response from the imhimalaya package provider and travel triangle tour manager.
I am too much in metal pressure & torcher from travel triangle.
After calling customer care, i could receive call from aman & after talking to him i am becoming more worried as he does not have sense of trouble i am feeling.
Last half an hour i was continue searching that how can i suit complaint against travels triangle.
I am very much sorry to shate that mr aman's response as my tour manager is completely irresponsible.
I was trying to contact mr aman since last 5 days, but your mobile number sounding not valid at all.
From siliguri itself the tour was managed badly.
I am not at all happy with your customer care.
My last trip to kerala inspired me to take again trip from travel triangle, but this one will be the last one & i fear that with your response it may require to break in between.
Loss of my valuable time, wasted with mental torcher.
I waited more than 1 1/2 hr at siliguri railway station & after following up i could able to get vehicle from siliguri, which again left in between and again vechicles changed for hotel. All this wasted time& we could reach hotel at gangtok by 1530hrs.
Due to already delay & no guidelines from package provider we could not enjoy rope way evening time at gangtok. Also we were made bussy to provide documents & photos to suggested shop.in all way we were not happy on very first day. But next day punched us as we'were ready as per schedule at 0739am but after too much chesing we come to know that no passes for nathula & vechicle also small so we have to travel in two vechicles.in hotel & during travelling we come to know that nathula passes could be arranged easily if our package provider were really interested to get.
Why i am writing all this to you...
Still i have hope to improve quality of my family tour to keep future relationship...
