I planned to travel to kashmir in april b/w 12th to 17th. I was supposed to travel with wife and 2 kids. Due to the current situation, the pandemic, i have no choice but to call off the plan. With the booking id # 7144137, i have paid 10, 000 inr upfront.

When saurabh ahuja, accounts [protected]@travel triangle was asked to cancel the trip he slapped with cancellation charges worth 10k.

I wonder if they really understand the gravity of the situation. It is not a choice as my family may put others in jeopardy!

I simply want to cancel it and expecting a refund. Just can't believe, after so much going on you are still persuading me to postpone it.
