[Resolved] Travel Triangle — cheated by them
Hi, me and my friends took a package from them to srilanka. While we were booking they were all good. Our so called travel consultant was mr sujit (Fraud person). We made the booking, we paid everything. The time we reached there everything changed. They made our trip hell. One of the hotels were so unsafe that we left midnight. There was no front desk and no one in the hotel. There were no guests staying in that hotel. Hotel name is marina in bentota. Only one watch man who was drunk and trying to come in our room. Trying to sell drugs. Dinner was prior booked in that hotel but the restaurant guy who was there in the restaurant made us feel like beggars. He gave us bread butter and stale chicken. When we told him he was rude and insulted us and left. Horrible experience. We have travelled before but never experienced all this. Guys please be aware. They are fraud. Be careful. Never book through them. Mr sujeet lied to us about everything. He din give airport drop to one of our friend which was promised. He never picked our calls. Please guys it's a trap.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused during the trip. Our travel agents try to provide only the best of the services to our customers. Regret if your expectations were not met. Your feedback has been shared with the agent as well as the hotel.
We would also like to mention that, as a measure to check the watchman's behavior, our agents reached to the hotel for the CCTV footage. However, the same wasn't available. Also, the pick-up & drop services are made inclusive in the package for one time only. Multiple pick-ups or drops are charged extra. We regret that that your friend could not avail the service.
