[Resolved] Travel Triangle — cheated....itinerary changed post booking amount paid. | |
Reference Booking # 5756156 I booked a Trip to Singapore (Only Land Package as Flight Tickets are booked by my own) and the Vendors itinerary Changed post booking payment is done. I raised this issue several times to Traveltriangle but they are unable to handle it as expected. Every day I am listening that the issue will be resolved tomorrow and then again tomorrow and so on. My Travel date is approaching and no one is bothered about it. I even gave them an option to refund the money if they are not able to work on my Itinerary but no result. If today I will switch to other company for a package, then it will already expensive and it will continue further. Also, if this is a problem before the start of travel, i am not sure what will happen during the travel. Its a breach of Trust, Breach of Contract and Breach of Commitment. Really dissapointed and it feels I entered in a Trap of Travel Triangle. Was this information helpful? | |
