[Resolved] Travel Triangle — cheating and harassment
Hello, i had travelled to thailand with travel agents travel triangle nearly 5 or 6 months ago.. My tour was of ' first two days in pattaya and last 2 days in bangkok. I was given a package in which my stay for 4 days, inclusive of breakfast was assured. On the day of my flight i was told that there is some festival in thailand and i have to stay at bangkok.. They told me they have arranged some hotel in bangkok.. I was left with no other option then to agree with them as i was about to board the flight. I landed at bangkok airport and reaching on meeting point no one till 7 came to recieve us. I was told by this travel triangle that my tour program detail, local sim cards will be given by their english speaking representative but just a driver came and dropped us to the hotel where they arranged us as they could not send us to pattaya due to some local festival. On reaching the hotel they hotel manager or someone on reception told there is no booking andi have to pay by myself. I called up travel triangle several times but no one picked up the call.. Finally i had to pay 1200 baht to the hotel and take the room.. Entire day no one either called us or informed us about our where abouts. I was really afraid as i was in foreign land with my wife with no assistance. Even in the morning i paid 500baht for the breakfast, which actually the travel triangle were suppose to pay as inclusive in the package..
Next day a driver came and told he will drop us to pattaya so we went to pattaya..in pattaya everything went right and next day we went back to bangkok... On entire tour i called up travel triangle representative more then 100 times but they did not recieve the call..
After arriving from thailand i complained about their service on their facebook page as well but their representative spoke in really bad manner. I too spoke bluntly with them and told i want to speak with senior customer care manager but he did not agree.. He offered me rs. 3000 coupon say next time when i book with them i can redeem that rs. 3000. Am i mad to book with them after suffering with them. Thailand tour was a torture for me n my wife.. I had to suffer financallly and mentally as well.. I want to be taken some action and compensate me on appropriate way..
Even if travel triangle provides me a full free tour i would decline in a blink of an eye..

As communicated to you earlier, the intention was never to provide an unpleasant experience to you. We tried to provide you the best of the services given the constraints we had. Agree that a couple of services were amiss and we deeply regret that. We care for our customers and value their feedback more.
