Travel Triangle — denial of services when the hotel and airlines were ready to do so.

We were planning to visit to singapore in the month of march 2020 through travel triangle. On putting an initial request for the trip on travel triangle website 'wings of fly' one of the partnered agents contacted me with the quote. The representative co-ordinating with me was one ms dolly jain. She was always available at the time of initial bookings. She never guided us properly with our trip. She has booked non refundable hotel for our trip without bringing the same to my knowledge. When i have informed her that we are not planning to travel to the said destination due to outbreak of corona virus, she blatently without putting any efforts frm her end denied the change in booking. After that i directly contacted the hotel and airlines for modification. I have received emails from both the hotel and airlines that they are ready to make the modification. Ms. Dolly never ever co-operated with us and always said we are just trying when the email received from them were very clear with regards to modification. Almost at the fag end, she informs me that no one is willing to modify and therefore none of the money is refundable. I have also tried calling travel triangle agent ms. Vidisha who used to co-ordinate with me at the initial stage, but to no avail. She was never ever available on phone or on whatsapp or on email. Due to the mistake of hiding the facts from customer by ms. Dolly jain all my money has gone into drain.
I am very upset with the services that travel triangle and wings of fly has provided. If my complain is not resolved on immediate basis i will have to take strict action against all the representatives and agent and will make sure that the agency and the respective agents will be held responsible for their irresponsible behaviour towards customers.
