[Resolved] Travel Triangle — dispute in booking #3715761 | |||||
For the mentioned booking id, i have made a payment of 50000 and for the pending payment there a confusion of inr 1000 for which i have been contacting travel agent sweta ([protected]) since 30 december 2018 and she is not providing the solution. Since 03-01-19 sweta has not been picking up the call and on 07-01-19 after talking to the customer care team i requested for a callback and that also did not come. I need to an urgent revert on my query and this is absolutely unprofessional of your organisation and employee to not contact the customer on repeated attempts.
