As i already communicated in my feedback regarding trip of my manali, delhi, agra & jaipur with travelloa holidays from 4th of june to 12th of june. During manali 3 days stay we had very bad experience & trouble with driver due to non availabilty of driver on time. On 4th night we reached to manali around 11.45 pm from chandigarh (Started around 1.00 pm). On 5th of june we supposed to go for local trip at 10.00 am, but driver was not reached to hotel to pickup. When i contacted driver he said he was struck in traffic. Then around 10.30 am he told us to come to main road which is around 1.5 km away from hotel as he told us he was near to main road in traffic. Then we decided to cover the time i with my family went to main road by walk. Then contacted driver over phone again he told us still he was in traffic & ask us to wait. Like that we stayed up to 12.40 pm we were on road in hot climate without any shelter. Finally he we could able to see only one place (Hadambi devi temple). Due to strain & mentally upset my family totally upset & felt sick on that day. We asked him to come around 4.30 pm to cover balance places. He told it will take hardly 3 hours to complete the places, hence suggested to visit next day. Then i informed to him to come next day around 2.00 pm as we planned to visit rohtangpass in the morning on 6th june with our own. After arriving from rohtangpass around 1.00 pm i tried to call to driver but it was switched off. I immediately contacted travelloa holidays agent, mr. Naman. He confirmed that driver is on the way to hotel to pick you by 3.00 pm. Again same story repeated when i called driver he told that he struck in traffic... With so many conversions with travelloa holidays & local agent finally around 6.40 pm another vehicle was arranged for local visiting places. Due to time concern & visiting places closing time driver suggested & shown only vashisht temple. On 7th june we supposed to go back to chandigarh for night stay as per itinerary. On 7th june started morning around 6.00 am by visiting one place at manali then moved towards chandigarh on the way kullu, there we supposed to visit vaishno devi temple. On that after travel few km he didn`t put ac, he told us ac will not be there. Then we contacted agent & after discussions he put ac. He started irritating us by driving slowly, even alternate road available he was interested go from that way & he told us i will not show vaishno devi temple at kullu, etc... We felt very bad & contacted to agent again, then after discussions with driver by agent his behavior not changed. Then we decided to change the driver or we want get down from vehicle and thought to go by alternative vehicle. I was communicated the same to the agent. Some one has called to driver & suddenly driver behavior was changed. He took us by alternate road to kullu temple & finally reached to chandigarh around 11.00 pm. If could have been same behavior since beginning it could have been wonderful trip. Driver (Om prakash) is driving good at hill station but he was very bad at main cities like at chandigarh & manali. He was not interested to show any visiting places. After reaching to delhi & up to jaipur driver mr. Pawan was very co operative & enjoyed the trip. Thankful to mr. Pawan for best co operation & guidance. But in manali trip for entire stay we have too bad experience & rather enjoying the trip with family we were spent time with arguments & totally dis appointment. For this bad manali experience when i discuss with agent, he promised that he will give proper solution by refunding the amount. I need your support for the same.
