[Resolved] Travel Triangle — hotel and safari confirmation vouchers not received

H hmv567 from Pune, Maharashtra

Booking id: 4477853 Uttarakhand 6 days and 5 nights for a family (4 nos.) Tour starting from kathgodam from 26th may 2019 It was agreed with the trip advisor mr. Pranav gupta and mr jatin chopta from luvy trip that they will share the hotel confirmation vouchers within 3 days of the payment. Payment is made on 11th may and till today the hotel confirmation and safari confirmation are not received. The trip advisor and luvy trip are not responding to my calls / messages. I tried calling the toll free number but no solution was offered. So i am registering my complaint here. I am starting my tour from pune on coming thursday and it is not convenient for me to start the tour without confirmation of hotel and safari and vehicle.
