[Resolved] Travel Triangle — maldives trip #6846970 | |
We have booked trip for maldives which was scheduled to start on 4th of may 2020. Due to covid-19 issue we requested for trip modification. Travel triangle team confirmed to us that credit note worth of full trip amount will be released to us. There was no credit note provided to us till now despite of requesting this on 17th of march itself. Now, whenever i try to reach any of tt representative they are ignoring our calls and just saying some nonsense things. This is very irritating to just keep following up on such things. I would recommend others to not make any bookings through travel triangle. They have no sense of customer service. Was this information helpful? | |
