[Resolved] Travel Triangle — mismanagement & wrong itenary shared which was not shared/discussed

Hi All,
I booked one land package with Travel Triangle wherein i completely regret choosing this platform for my honeymoon booking. These people have clearly spoiled my trip to Malaysia.
* Late pickup from Airport and whatever was planned for Day1 didn't happen as it pickup was late.
* Hotel not booked which was mentioned in Itenary.
* No Hospitality services in the Hotel provided after heated argument.
* No Breakfast at hotel which was mentioned in Itenary.
* No call backs from executives once reached destination.
* Nothing was scheduled and itenary was full of lies.
