[Resolved] Travel Triangle — no solution provided and ticket has been resolved

Team you people has closed my querrey without contacting me and asking me wether my issue has been resolved or not.. Moreover, as per me this site is a worst site any body could ever find.. Further more solution which i people has decided by your own as oer that i should receive my refund back with in 4 to 5 days still i am weighing for my refund and there is no update on the same..
