[Resolved] Travel Triangle — non clarifications of terms related to travel | |||
We have booked a trip for bali which is scheduled on 17 dec 18. While booking the trip, travel agent did not told us about the condition that passport validity of more than 6 months are required. After obtaining full payment.. Now this condition is expressed.. For rescheduling they are demanding extra money of rs 29000/- This is cheating on customer.
