[Resolved] Travel Triangle — refund in case of medical emergency | |
I had made booking for maldives as per booking id: 5127152 for 26th oct. Due to some serious medical emergency i was not able to travel. I was detected with dengue on 21st oct. I was admitted in sakra hospital on 25th oct and discharged on 28th oct. As per my conversation with travel triangle they asked me medical proofs which i sent. I was told they will check with resort and get me whatever refund possible as it’s a medical emergency case. But unfortunately i was told nothing can be refunded out of 2.5 lakhs which is really shocking. I would like to attach all reports again and escalate and hope this can be resolved in a suitable way.
