[Resolved] Travel Triangle — rescheduling trip id- 6913164 | |||
I had requested the agent rep rakhi.[protected]@traveltriangle.com with Cc'd sheetal.[protected]@traveltriangle.com, [protected]@traveltriangle.com .They are forcing me to accept for a customer cancellation instead of reschedule.The trip is planned for April 18th and paid an initial fees on January 20th 2020 .Initially i needed time to confirm on the fees incurred on travel ticket which i had personally taken and thought of cancellation but as the credit refund request was agreed by Air Asia, Rakhi is claiming that TT(Travel triangle ) team has already initiated the cancellation request and not agreeing on reschedule more over i reached out to Tinny travel the Vietnam travel agent who has not cancelled the air tickets booking and i can see the online status as confirmed .Rakhi threatened to refund Zero amount in case i do not agree for cancellation .I am requesting to revisit the TT internal process for cancellation initiated on my trip ID and reschedule at a date that you can offer me .There amount had to be paid one month ahead of travel only if i had done that i would not be in this situation and i paid assuming your services will be good, after receiving payment and on event of corona virus, showing bad attitude towards customer is very indecent .If cancellation is your only way out for me why are you charging agent cancellation fees instead of an actual expense occurred due to this booking .Also Vietnam also suspended domestic travel in case of a refund or travel date reschedule is still open but they deducting the amount as agent fees from me .What kind of business strategy is this ?
