[Resolved] Travel Triangle — traveltriangle irresponsible behaviour | |
We had booked trip to italy from 27th feb to 5th march 2020. But due to wide spread out break of coronavirus we cancelled our trip. Now neither travel triangle nor their 3rd party agent-duniya safari is responding for our refund. It is a huge amount of 2, 61, 000 inr. It is our hard earned money. Also we had informed about our cancellations atleast 30hrs in advance of our departure. Also knowing about the out break their 3rd party agent-duniya safari insisted that we travel or nothing would be refunded. This kind of behavior by the company is in-human. Also the government has already given travel advisory wherein they has mentioned clearly to refrain from travel to italy. Inspite of knowing all the above facts, they have not even responded on the amount and the timelines of refund. And have been terming it as willful cancellation. Kindly let me know cancelling a trip to a region where there is a pandemic out break and where the government of india has asked not the travel is "will full cancellation" Are we suppose to term travel triangle as fraud that only tries to squeez money from customers and not even respond to them.
