Travelishq — the tour package was misleading and fraudulent

The tour package by travel ishq and awaycation was misleading. The tour was for haridwar, rishikesh, jim corbett, nainital, kausani, ranikhet, delhi from 30-12-17 to 05-01-18.
We had a train on 00:05 from bandra to haridwar (Dehradun express). Since the train was a few hours late, our lunch and haridwar sight seeing was skipped. We were directly taken to rishikesh. Here we were supposed to have dj night, but they just rigged up speakers and called it a dj.
On 01-01-18, as per the itinerary we had river rafting and cliff jumping. Cliff jumping was skipped completely. Then we left for jim corbett and were supposed to spend the night there but there was no proper management within the management which delayed the buses. We ended up sleeping in the buses overnight and reached jim corbett in the morning of 02-01 at around 6:30 am. We had to face the mental and physical harassment due to this. Moreover, the management refused to accept that they were at fault. The pool and music party was skipped too. On 02-01 in the afternoon, we left for nainital and reached there late in the evening. On 03-01, we were supposed to have local sight seeing but we had no information to proceed ahead. We ended up spending ₹1500 per bike for 7 bikes and went on for the sight seeing by ourselves. Later in the evening, we left for kausani and reached there late in the evening. On 04-01, we were supposed to have local sight seeing but again there was no information. Later in the evening we were supposed to go to ranikhet for sight seeing but this part was skipped entirely. After this we had an overnight journey to delhi and as per the itinerary we were supposed to have local sight seeing here. After going through such harassing experience, our team left the trip there itself and had a wonderful delhi experience at our own expense.

All the journey from haridwar to delhi was in a bus. It was very uncomfortable, many o[censored]s were nauseated and were vomiting during the journey.in the package they mentioned ac deluxe buses but there was no ac.

We were charged around ₹9500 for this trip, we ended up spending more due to this improper management.in the trip we were thrown into the hotel and in buses.

I demand a refund for the harassments, mismanagement, unpleasant experience
