TravelKhana — not refunding my money

I was traveling from nagpur to rewa exp on 30 jan2019 and placed a order from travelkhana to deliver food at itarsi station for that i paid all money online using my debit card but they canceled that order and now they are not refunding my money
When i am asking them for refund they are saying we refunded on 1st feb to paytm then i sent them my sbi debit card and paytm status where its shows clearly deduction from my sbi debit card pls help me my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
