TravelKhana — taking payment and not providing food

Hello sir / mam i would like drow your attention toward my problem. Today 04.06.2018 i am on journey from khandwa to katni station through rtajkot rewa exp train number 22937, in b2 coach 46 berth. I was required food for khandwa station so i applied travelkhana app through i paid 180 rup. Online (Paytm). They assured me to provide my meal in itarsi station (9.30 am) actually i started my journey 6.00 am in the morning so they complete assured me but they can't provide anything i call him many time but they gave me false assurence. They promise me to provide my meal in next station papa riya but again they can't, again they promise me to jabalpur station but again same thing, when i ask him they told me that we cancel your order and this is without my concern and knowledge. I completely angry because what they do. Truly very bad service. Staff of travel khana is very rood, they not know how to manage the customer and service. They misbehave me. I just say all online customers pls don't use travelkhana. They are cheater. They want only your money.
