[Resolved] Traveltriangle — miscommunication by agent/ booking id 5071557 | |||||
Hi, I have booked a trip for andaman through travel triangle and after confirming all the details they asked me to select the hotel. I have selected the hotels and confirmed via whatsapp, they asked me to make the 1st installment and confirmed that i will be getting the hotel voucher. After making the payment i waited for so many days but not received any voucher. When i checked with them they asked me to make another payment then only they will book the hotel. Today i make the remaining payment. After getting the payment they booked all the worst hotels, which we haven't selected either. When i asked them the reason for booking the hotels they confirmed that they didnt know which hotels need to book. So randomly book the hotel. When i checked the same with the agent with whom i was communicating, she confirmed that the hotels are booked we cannot change. I have all screenshot for the communication i had. This is ridiculous.
