[Resolved] Traveltriangle — no help received from traveltriangle agents | |||
We had a 5 day trip to gangtok and darjeeling. On both location hotel managers did not allow us to leave the hotel as payment was not done by local travel agency (Trip to nature). When we complained this to traveltriangle agent we never recieved a satisfactory revert from them. On last day local agent switched off his phone and we had nothing to check on except request hotel manager to allow us to leave otherwise we will miss our flight. Trusting traveltriangle was our biggest mistake. Still waiting to get all the bills of my trip. Was this information helpful? | |||
