Dear sssir/Madam,

I booked a ticket from Hanumangarh to Bikaner in AC Sleepar bus with PNR[protected], 24/05/2024 bus timing was 1.15 am .
At the boarding time bus was one our late and AC Not working, when ask from driver about delay and ac, his answer was not satisfactory ( AC Khrab h kam nhi kr rha ) in this heat wave summer you can imagine how i travel, it was total hrrashment . request to you plz refund my money which i paid Rs 600/ for ac bus, it was very painful. and make sure that does not happen in future .
