However, cancellation policies are decided by operators and not by travelyaari. Cancellations policies are mentioned during the booking and can vary according to the operators & tickets will be cancelled as per the cancellation policy linked with the ticket.
As per operator, partial cancellation will not be applicable for other booking partners.

I have a suggestion as well, if partial cancellation is an issue right now, travelyaari can cancel the complete ticket and rebook the ticket for 2 pessengers. But please note i as a customer i will bear the cancellation charge of one ticket only and other cancellation charges and fare difference (If any) will have to be taken up by travelyaari.
