.I booked Intercity railyatri bus service from your weebsite on 7th June 2019 from Delhi to Chandigarh with following details: Travelyaari.com mTicket No:[protected], PNR:[protected], Delhi-Chandigarh, Majnu ka tila - nirmal hriday church, 06:00 pm,[protected], seat:40, IntrCity SmartBus-RailYatri, Name:Gurmeet singh
However, despite reaching the pickup point at 5 oclock, and even after several inquiries made by me, you guys or say railyatri people inform me at 7.30 that sorry sir your bus has been missed and we will arrange refund for you. What the hell ? I stood their for bloody 2.5 hours and my kid at home wasn't well. I had to reach home at any cost and you guys showed this kind of professionalism. Giving refund despite any alternative ? I even pleaded that I have to reach home urgently so make me an arrangement of a cab as it's because of your fault that I am getting harassed. But no one took care about this. I booked a cab at my own that costed me Rs 2700 so that I should reach home. I myself was down with fever standing g their and struggling with you guys over the phone to board a bus for which I paid 1200 rupees in advance. I am highly disappointed by your services.
It was your duty to message me bus number and driver's number so that I could contact them well before time. But u didn't do the same. I myself tried calling you guys at 5.30 so that I can get the contact details. You gave me railyatri number which was [protected]. They gave me another number [protected] who in turn gave me another number And also told that my bus number is 9357. Then I called the number that he gave me [protected]. Then this guy told me sorry sir your bus has been changed and it is 0044. Come on. I was frustrated and called travelyari care centre time and again who couldn't do anything for same. At last you just felt sorry and asked me to just take the refund. I had to book taxi then and there which I took for 2700 rupees and boarded.
This is humiliation I have gone through. I reached home at 1 at night and that too at my own conveyance however I was supposed to reach by 11 as per my booking with you. My kid was in pain and crying. I was myself in pain due to fever. But how does it matter to you.
On top of that I am receiving this message from your railyatri guys that thank you for travelling with us. This is [censored]. I am sending you screenshots along.
As per your policy i[censored] cancel at your own you are supposed to refund me the double the amount. However I want the fare that I have paid to my taxi service. Screenshot of their service is also attached. See I haven't included anything with respect to the harrasment caused by you. The time that you wasted. The conditions in which I was standing their in fever. My kids health n all. I m being very lenient on this and asking to refi d my 2700 rupees that I spent on taxi. But despite giving me refund d or resolution you are sending thanks messages for travelling with you.
If you fail to provide this bare minimum solution to me, u will for sure fight this in court. And if I suppose to spare any amount their, I will so that you guys should learn a lesson. I am central govt employee on the post of inspector. I know my rights and how to use the same. I hope a positive revert from you guys as soon as possible. My contact details are as under
