Travelyaari — didn't got any refund from travelyaari as they cancelled the bus and their representatives deducted more 5000/- from my account

One of the representative from travelyari called me regarding refund today. He has taken my all bank information and deducted more 5000/- from my account but not yet refunded my money.
Kindly resolve the issue please.
