Dear travel yaari team
I booked my ticket though punbus online and the guy said upon calcellation that it cannot be cacelled

Kindly immiditly cancel my ticket as this mail is before 1 hour from departure of the bus

Greetings from Travelyaari!

We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you,

Reason why you were not able to cancel the ticket because bus was already departed from Originating place or city so that's why you faced such inconvenience. Even you ticket copy says the same information, "Cancellation of en-route bus stands will be carried out as per departure time from originating city."

"Bus has been already departed from originating location (Delhi airport) at 9.40 pm, So that's the reason why you were unable to cancel the ticket."
