[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Change of bus | |||||
We had booked a bus from mandi to manali which has personal LCD screen and we were supposed to leave by 8:30 pm but we have received a phone call in the evening informing that your bus has been called off due to some unexplainable reason and we are shifting to a new bus. To my surprise, it had no LCD. Moreover, the basic reason behind booking a semi-sleeper bus was giving rest to the carbs before hiking but it was not there. It even arrived at 11 PM after having to wait for 2 long hours and we would be delayed by 4 hours to our schedule. If I wanted the same thing, I would have booked another bus with low fare. However, I expected travelyari to acknowledge this issue and thought you would let us know and make suitable arrangement in case of such sudden changes but as expected from start-ups, you guys have proved me right yet again. I wish you would not get any funding after this series B round because what good is funding when you are not able to engage your new customer. How can you expect to have customer royalty with such operations while growing your operations intensive company. Even there is no email ID mentioned on your website to address such issue. Operator agreed to process partial refund of Rs 300 per seat & apologized for the inconvenience caused.
