Dear sir
I book 2 ticket online with your travel yaari app from jaipur to hanumangarh (Raj). Pick up time is 5:16 when i reahed there is no bus. When i call bolt bus office he say bus is gone. Due to this problem i travel by train this is so costly.
So please refund my money

We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you,

As updated by concerned team, as conference call has been arranged in between you & operator on [protected], Operator says you were late to pick up location so that's the reason why bus left or departed from there, as per your voice you were there at pick up location. In case if you were there then you could have called the operator from pick up location, Did you call & intimate them? Also, share the call log details in case if you had called them from pick up location with time & date call logs. We will take it further from there. As of now, they strictly denied for refund.
